Dust separators
Free-standing dust separators are devices designed for cooperation with vertical and horizontal mills as independent equipment in plants used to prepare products of various granulation.
The dynamic separators offered are devices that are used in plants producing fine-grained products of various types.
These separators are particularly useful where a high degree of pulverisation of the product and the homogeneity of grain size are required while achieving at the same time a high efficiency of the system. They are pass-through devices in which the separation of dust occurs by precipitation of coarse fractions from the product stream which do not meet the accepted size criterion. Product parameters can be adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the rotor. It is enabled by the drive, in the version with an electric or hydraulic motor. Both of these solutions guarantee smooth speed control and, consequently, a change in a large range of product granulation.
Depending on the type of ground material being separated, and especially its erosion, the most exposed elements of the offered separators are made of materials resistant to abrasion or padded with materials increasing their lifetime.
