Wet dirt trap

Scraper deslaggers are designed for mechanical removal of slag from under boiler cones as well as for extinguishing it in water bath and further disposing it outside the boiler house. Scrapper deslaggers can operate non-stop and are suitable for serving the grate furnaces as well as the coal-dust-fired furnaces.

The main components of the deslaggers are:

• front part (sloping) with a drive shaft;
• central part – the tank;
• rear tensioning part;
• scraper chain;
• drive system.

The deslaggers are made based on our own technical documentation, and the range we offer includes equipment with a capacity of 3 to 40 tons per hour.

To date, FPM S.A. has produced and delivered to its customers over 1981 of this type of deslaggers.
